Denver City residents are proud of
their state of the art healthcare. Our facilities are
second to none in the realm of rural health services.
Our local hospital, Yoakum County Hospital (YCH)
believes the patient is the most important person. YCH
is a 24 bed hospital with recently remodeled Birthing
Rooms, Emergency Rooms, and Outpatient Surgery that has
added convenient services to the community. West Texas
Lifestyles & Rehab Center offers citizens the finest
fitness center in the area. The rural health clinic,
West Texas Medical Center, is currently home to numerous
physicians whose specialties include family practice,
surgery, internal medicine, nephrology, pediatrics, and
obstetrics. Also, opening in 2004, Dialysis Services of
West Texas provides excellent service and quality health
care for dialysis patients. YCH Home Health provides
services to the homebound patients in the community.
YCH serves as a Level IV Trauma
Center providing 24 hour emergency room, lab, x-ray, and
anesthesia services, as well as Dexascanner, spiral CT
and 3-D ultra sound.
YCH Specialty Clinic also provides
specialty clinics including cardiology, dermatology,
urology and podiatry. Mobile services include echo/PV,
MRI, mammography, and United Blood Services.
